Anger

       Assertiveness means to defend ones rights or options, sometimes with unnecessary zeal, to thrust oneself forward. It also includes standing up for ones own right, without infringing upon the rights of others. Assertiveness is an adaptive behavior which includes the capacity to act as one would like, the holding back and refraining from expressing ones feeling.
